The sales contract sets out specification, Incoterm, schedule, and payment method. We accept T/T with a 50% down payment and the balance before the container is closed.
Packing & Shipment
Goods are sorted and packed as agreed, then shipped via Tanjung Priok Jakarta, Tanjung Emas Semarang, and Tanjung Perak Surabaya with complete export documentation.

We currently handle green coffee beans (Arabica Natural, Honey, Fully Washed, Robusta Natural Classic, and Fine Robusta), coconut shell charcoal, charcoal briquettes, elephant ginger, turmeric, and dried tamarind seed. For other Indonesian commodities outside this list, please get in touch — our supplier network spans a range of production regions.
The minimum order is generally one 20 ft container, with tonnage depending on the commodity. For smaller trial orders, please contact our team — LCL shipment can be arranged for some destination countries.
Yes. We send samples so you can verify quality independently before the contract is signed. Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer and can be credited against the first order.
Yes. Aurora Herosta Aurelia Trader Export holds a Deed of Company Establishment, NIB (Business Identification Number), Company Tax Identification Number (NPWP), and Business Licence Certificate as required under Indonesian law. Copies can be sent on request.
We serve FOB, CIF, and CNF. FOB shipments can depart from Tanjung Priok Jakarta, Tanjung Emas Semarang, and Tanjung Perak Surabaya — whichever suits the supplier location and your destination. For CIF and CNF, we arrange carriage to the destination port you specify.
Goods are prepared within 14 – 21 working days from receipt of the down payment, depending on commodity and volume. For agricultural commodities, availability also follows the harvest season. Sailing time is typically 18 – 25 days to the Middle East and 30 – 40 days to Europe.
We accept T/T with a 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% settled before the container is closed. Other payment terms can be discussed — please get in touch and we will work out an arrangement that suits both sides.
Yes, particularly for charcoal briquettes. We produce under your own brand and packaging design, covering inner boxes of 250 g, 500 g, and 1 kg, master cartons, and custom briquette shapes on request.
